It's been exciting to watch today as London has been in the spotlight. All the reports are talking about the 2012 Olympics starting one year from today. Every time they show the city or a venue I get so excited. The down side for me is with every mention of the timeline I think, "One year from today we'll have been home for 2 weeks." That means we're 10 1/2 months away from departure. Now back to London... I'm hoping we can talk our bus (coach over there) driver into a cruise around the city to see some of the Olympic sites. Even if that doesn't happen we'll still see something. Beach volleyball will be held at the Horse Guard Parade which is a stones throw from Buckingham Palace. How cool is that? We're still waiting to hear what West End theatre production is on our itinerary, but everything else seems good to go. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone when meetings start in September.
